Month 1 Suggested to remove all lobster, shrimp, crab, pork and all unclean animal foods according to Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 14
Month 2 Suggested to remove all red meat such as beef, steak, and ribs. Substitute soymilk, rice milk or nut milk instead of drinking cow’s milk.
Month 3 Suggested to remove all chicken and turkey and substitute vegetarian meat.
Month 4 Suggested to remove all cheese and substitute with vegetarian cheese.
Month 5 Suggested to remove all eggs and substitute with scrambled tofu.
